Dramatic Recitation: Jonah

Elizabeth (Libbie) Groves teaches Biblical Hebrew 1 and 2 at Westminster, and she has a love of and flair for the dramatic.  Recently, she did a dramatic recitation of the biblical book of Jonah in Hebrew.  Watch the entire recitation here, or see it below.

I love doing dramatic recitations in other languages, but it is not often that you find an audience who wants to listen to that. However, one of the Hebrew classes at Westminster translates Jonah, and they are a captive audience, so I decided to re-memorize Jonah in Hebrew for them. In this presentation there are a few mistakes (one of which would make a Hebrew speaker chuckle), for which I apologize. If you have learned Hebrew, see if you can spot them!
