1. Official Transcript

  • Please submit the Transcript Request Form 
  • Options for submitting the form:
    • In person (In-person requests might require photo identification and will not be processed for third parties without the signed consent from the current/former student.)
    • Via fax (see bottom of form for number)
    • Via mail (see bottom of form for address) – send attention to the Registrar’s Office
    • Via email (Scan and email the form as an attachment to registrar@wts.edu) - DO NOT INCLUDE SOCIAL SECURITY INFORMATION IF YOU ARE SCANNING AND EMAILING THE FORM.  WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PROCESS YOUR REQUEST.
  •  Processing Fee - Please see the Transcript Request Form for current fees. (Fee must be received in order to process your request.)
  • Please allow 3-5 business days for processing.  If you need your request expedited, you will be charged an additional $10 fee.  Expedited requests will be processed within 24 hours.  This does not include express mailing fees.  Express mailing will require additional charges. Consult the Registrar's Office for express mailing fees. 
  • All requests must be signed* and dated by the current/former student (Exception: If you are a current student submitting the request from your WTS student email.)

2. Unofficial Transcript

  • We are unable provide unofficial transcripts. Current students can access their unofficial transcript via Self-Service. 

 

3. Digital Transcript

  • We are unable to provide digital Official Transcripts.
